msi b450m a pro max pcie x1 error with latest bios 7C52v3L

i tried for days to fix this issue by removing my graphics card repeatedly. Which was not the issue. When i installed an older bios "7C52v3I" this fixed my problem.
My specs are ryzen 5 3400g + gtx 1070. So after rolling some updates back, it runs at x8 speed as normal. If those security patches are important a fix is needed.
