msi b550 a pro does not work

I installed a ryzen 5 5600x processor, did not start. I flashed the bios from a flash drive, it did not start. I flashed the bios through the programmer, it does not start. CPU indicator is on. When you remove the RAM, the RAM indicator lights up. what could be the problem?

I guess you've successfully flashed to BIOS newer than 7C56vA4 to support your 5600X?
Do you have other RAM to try? I would suggest you start troubleshooting with only one stick of RAM in DIMMA2 slot first.

I tried different ram sticks in different slots. it's not working.

Have you tried with another working PSU? Since CPU debug LED can mean lots of things including faulty PSU.

I checked with such PSU as: CHIEFTEC PROTON 750W. Chieftec a90 . gigabyte odin. q-dion450w. Motherboard still won't start.
