MSI B550M MORTAR second M.2 stop working and no audio

Good morning,
yesterday i mounted my pc with the following features.
After updating the bios to the latest non-beta version, I installed windows 10 via usb key (latest build).

On both M.2 media after installation it got stuck on first load.

I tried a lot of proposed solutions, such as checking the ram, to install a previous bios. Nothing work, it work if i install a old window build, but when i try to update it still stuck on boot.

the only solution found to the problem was to install it on an SSD.

Now the pc works and even M.2 media have no problems.

But I would like to install windows there, any solution?

You may have needed to just do a Bios Reset viat the JBAT jumper instructions in manual this normally fixes the problem you have.

i reset cmos is not enough?
you suggest to do that and try install windows again? or do it after i get stuck

Reset bios and remove all but the M.2 you want to install windows to and do a clean install.

Sometimes having more than one Hard Drive connected cause the PC to get confused on what to boot from but once win is installed it know what drive to use.

reset bios solve all problems... clear install and all work, Thank you very much
but now... rear audio jack and frontal too wont work...
Audio work on monitor via HDMI and with usb audio pen.

I reinstalled driver... even with old one from Realtek, how i can check if not an hardware problem? reset bios again can solve problem?

I don't use the onboard sound never have, it is disabled in the BIOS as I have only used USB sound devices for a very long time now. So apart from teh drivers and making sure it is selected in the window sound setting not sure how to even get the on board working.
SHould be able to select the realtek from here if it working.

audio still dont work... i use the monitor jack for solve the problem,
now the second M2 dont work anymore, i bought a rtx 3080 and monitor 1440p 144 hz... the second M2 slot dont work anymore...
Can be my PSU? that is not enought for the sistem? or Motherboard fail, i should ask for RMA?
