MSI B660 Tomahawk DDR4 - CPU Core Voltage Offset

I have the exact same question as above, except I am opting for a 13600K.
It is very worrying that MSI have shown no interest in communicating over these issues.
Can I remind them that the B boards and i5 processors are mainstream parts. We honestly do not need and Z-board features, and have no interest in overclocking.

Offset is only available in the range of +-0.05V maximum, and it just doesn't work. In all monitoring programs like hwinfo64 it just shows zero offset. So there is no way to get rid of throttling, other than limiting the processor power (13700k) to 190 watts
- Is the cpu lite load setting aviable as well ?

By the way, in the latest version ( 7D41v2A ), if you enable XMP memory, the motherboard hangs immediately at the start

I really regret that I bought this board

B chipset and non-K CPU disable offset function by Intel spec.

If you wanna bypass it, you gonna use old bios and throttlestop

You can go over the video here and apparently he lists down the expected behavior when you combine different chipset and CPU.
