Hola tengo la placa base MSI B760 Gaming Plus WiFi (MS-7D98) y quisiera saber si se puede hacer bifurcacion por que tengo un adaptador PCIE NVME de cuatro discos y solo me reconoce 1 .Gracias

Since here's global forum, please post in English.
Did you install the PCIe M.2 adapter in PCIE_1 slot, which has x16 lanes from CPU?

Please, English only. Use

Ok, so your original question was, "Hello, I have the MSI B760 Gaming Plus WiFi motherboard (MS-7D98) and I would like to know if it is possible to do a branching because I have a four-disk PCIE NVME adapter and it only recognizes 1. Thanks."

For this, your board has to be able to do PCIe bifurcation. But your board probably doesn't offer this.
Bifurcation can split/divide the PCIe lanes of a single slot, to make them basically behave like two, three or four smaller slots.

Your adapter card is likely designed so it wants to use four seperate x4 lanes from a single slot. The third setting, x4+x4+x4+x4, would then enable the use of all four SSDs possible on the card. If the primary PCIe slot doesn't support this bifurcation = different assignment of the PCIe lanes in this slot, then it will only work in x16 mode (or with lane sharing perhaps in x8 mode, if something else needs half the PCIe lanes). Either way, it will then only see the first SSD. Because the adapter card will be physically designed as x4+x4+x4+x4, and if the PCIe slot cannot split the lanes into sets of x4, only the first SSD will actually get the x4 lanes from the total x16 or x8 available, but the others will get nothing.

The adapter card behaves somewhat like four adapter cards, one after the other. If the board doesn't support this and the BIOS doesn't have this "PCI_E1 Lanes Configuration" setting, then it will not see any SSD except the first one.
