what OS you are running?

if you remove your GPU: EVGA GTX 970 FTW
and use Intel? HD Graphics 4600 instead
do you still has this issue?

I was using Windows 8.1, but I formatted my pc and installed win 7 professional.

The problem happens on both OS.

When I get home I'll try to remove my GPU and test only on Intel HD 4600.

In other forums, I told that my Intel HD was not showing on "System Device's", they told me that it's normal, since my motherboard only uses the GTX, but I don't know. In my opnion, this video/stream it's Intel HD responsability.

I also read something about i7-4790k voltage on the BIOS, but I don't have no clue about what voltage it should or should not be. There are some people that had this problem becaus Intel Turbo Boost too, when I get home I'll check that too.

I removed my GTX and everything works just fine with the Intel HD. Then, I installed my GTX again and run the Furmark and Prime95 tests, and there was no problem, but when I start watching Twitch stream, the system stucked again --'.

you have to ask EVGA in such case, as this card is not msi hardware
