MSI Battery calibration tool problem !

MSI Battery calibration not work !
Battery calibration tool uninstall and reinstall . But same issue, still "open windows".

restart your computer, then use battery calibration

Thanks for the tip but I tried so many times it did not work. (restart)
I finally found a solution :  log off user and again log on . I have a very fast way to start the battery calibration tool.

I am having this same problem with a GS63VR I just bought last night.  My battery currently won't go higher than 91% charged and I'm guessing this is the reason why.  I've rebooted, gotten rid of the bloatware that I can, logged out - all of that stuff, but the problems persists.

Are there any other suggestions?  I'm having so many little issues with this laptop right now that I'm considering returning it.

Hi 

task manager startup , all program must disabled.
Windows 10 log OFF and again Log on.
Start Battery Calibration.

p.s: I did not encounter this problem again after windows anniversary update.

Actually, what I wound up doing was downloading the latest version and that fixed it.  It's running now.

I guess I know what I'll be doing this weekend - updating drivers, firmware, etc.

Press the windows button and then close the dragon window and you are set
