Can't be said enough.

WinXP64 support Cool 'n Quit out of the box
Only have to set minimal powermanagement.
WinXP64 feels even faster as WinXP32! Will test soon a couple of apps 8-))

Note after you have installed the BETA bios you cant run your windows XP without the cool and quiet enabled in bios. If you try to run winxp with the option to OFF you will notice SLOW perfomance and maybe loockups.

To solve this, ENABLE cool and QUIET in bios and set you settings in windows to ALWAYS ON or a DESKTOP machine. If so it will automaticaly make cool and quiet go off and when you want it again just enable portable in the settings in windows XP.

I'd also like to try XP64 but I'm not sure about a ATI Radeon driver. I have'nt seen a 64 bits driver for my Radeon 9700... ;-(

Yes, I noticed this behaviour also. Moreover I would like to see a feature that enables you to create some kind of power profile. A profile that says e.g: "don't minimize power until load 5 minutes less than 10". It's now all or nothing.....
