Just today got everything sorted out and received the full USD$80 steam credits for my desktop purchase. Shout out to MSI customer service team for working through this, thanks and Merry Christmas!

I register my monitor but can't access to redeem my black friday promotion. I tried the link but it won't even submit it. Can someone contact me please.
Update: I was able to contact from Chrome not Safari. I got a reply to contact a specific person.

I wanted to chase it, but the top link only works for the US and Canada. The second link is a rats warren I've already spent time trying to find where the contact form is. Could you post a link for residents of the UK please.

I bought a MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk on Black Friday when it was advertised that there would be a $80 steam gift card. When I go to try and claim the promotion, it appears there's nothing there. I'm beginning to believe that the $80 steam gift card promotion was never actually a thing. I tried contacting MSI tech support for some more information, they referred me to contact "Tom". They gave me an email (which I'll not post here) and a number which directs me to tech support and RMA. I tried doing live chat... and well... here's the transcript below:

I mean, I get that MSI is probably having issues with not having a proper system setup for handling these Black Friday promotions, but some transparency here would be nice.

I believe you're right. According to that site, it says: " By law, companies are required to send rebates within the time frame promised, or if no time is specified, within a "reasonable" time. "Reasonable" in this case often is interpreted as within 30 days. "

You're not alone. I'm still waiting from TOM until now. It's been over a month.

MSI should see this. Been waiting over a month now.

Has anyone found a solution for re uploading an image of the serial number? I got this time wasting message back "Dear Customer, Please provide the SN number on the motherboard. (Not on the color box) Thank you!" but there has been no place to reupload the image. Under Service Item I can upload my invoice again, but that's it, only one file upload option that continues to overwrite whatever was previously uploaded.

I was finally credited the promotion after six weeks. In the member center under My Product a new button labeled "Relative Promotion" appeared which gives you the gift codes.

Still have not received any reply to several support requests, phone calls and chasing up "Tom". Everything is sorted so "yay" I guess? 0/10 for customer service though omg

I have a "relative promotion" button to click on too, but doesn't show me any useful information here. Nothing to interact with here.

I guess the codes appear there once it is processed? I see the same screen but it has a bunch of gift codes listed out and a redeem button that links to the Steam store page. Hopefully they turn up for you soon
