MSI boot loop after failed Windows update

Hi everyone,
I was using my computer normally when it suddenly froze. After that, a Windows update screen appeared, but I got a notification saying the update failed. Since then, my system has been stuck in an MSI boot loop.

I’ve already tried several methods to fix the settings and resolve the issue, but nothing has worked so far. Right now, the computer is stuck on this screen and I can’t access the system.

Does anyone know what might be causing this or how I can fix it?

I got a notification saying the update failed. Since then, my system has been stuck in an MSI boot loop.

Unplug the PSU and hold down the power button for 15 seconds, then do a Clear CMOS by shorting Jbat1 for 30 seconds

after clear CMOS, if still can't boot to windows then check under bios setup -- > system status
check if your HDD can be detected or not?

if not, then replug HDD again or plug HDD in other port.

Couple things to check, were you aware what kinda update the windows ask you to do? what is your current OS? Win7? Win10?
Are you using UEFI or CSM mode? I also notice you have 24GB of RAM, was that intended?

He'll need custom BIOS from casper
