MSI Bravo 15 B5DD cannot find the built-in mic

I just bought new msi bravo 15 b5dd recently, i just suddenly realized there is no built-in mic in the sound setting. I installed new audio driver but it has only 2 selection "Stereo mix" & "Realtek jack 3.5". Does this product have built-in mic or it is window error?

It should have. Follow the FAQ to reinstall the audio drivers.

Yes i did. Delete all trace of drivers, reinstall completly and no internal mic detected.

Then it might be related to the hardware problem. You can try to check.

I had the same problem before. From MSI technical support, clean install AMD graphics driver on the MSI official website. Then the problem is resolved.
The latest AMD audio driver bundled in the graphics driver package.
