So MSI Center is playing up again. Mystic light will turn off but the power saving options are blocked again. Additionally I have to go to Mystic Light and make a change to have lighting return. No light to my MSI keyboard or any internals until I play with the settings.

After first install it worked as intended but not so much recently.

what power option is blocked? do you mean screen auto-off is not functioning again or LED power saving mode in mystic light settings disabled?

are you waking the system from sleep\hibernate or power off?

Screen is set to turn off after 15 minutes and sleep after 1 hour (balanced power mode).
If I leave my PC for an extended time the screen is still on but the lighting controlled by MSI Center and Mystic light are off. The rest of the PC is fully awake and functional.
To bring lighting back to the PC and Keyboard (Vigor GK50 Elite) I have to open MSI Center and change the lighting action to anything other than the current setting and hit apply.
Only the will lights return. Don't recall if I tried a system restart to bring the lights back. I also have sat here staring at the PC for 15 minutes to see exactly what happens when that timer hits.

by extended time do you mean an hour after the monitor automatically turned off. do you see LEDKeeper2.exe in task manager\details when the mystic light is not controlling the LED?
i know that MSI Center needs some time to apply LED settings, how long did you wait after the monitor turned on?

I have just sat down at my PC after about an hour or more.
Monitor is on, never went off.
Keyboard and PC are dark, no lighting.
Task manager shows LEDKeeper2 (32 Bit) Using 17 MB of ram.

I will now change the mystic light to make the LEDs relight.

Change from rainbow wave to Visor and all lights up again.
LEDKeeper2 (32 Bit) is now using less memory 10.4 MB.

As per my power saving settings monitor should be off and quite possibly, if it has been an hour, the PC should be in sleep mode.
