Same problem here.. I am the only user .. and even cannot add some one else... there is knowone I can add.. But WHY this problem with adding.. seems ..like an Hack??? And I am the Administrator allready.... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There are two types of ADMIN accounts for Windows
Check what yours is using Control panel

i've had something similar before and it was fixed by a CMOS reset
if you're using a B450 TOMAHAWK MAX, here's where you can find the CMOS reset jumper

I have B550 Tomahawk. I'll try to clear CMOS and give a feedback.

Version 2.0.19 appears in the microsoft store to update. And in my case it fixes the admin user issue and everything else seems to work fine.
