Hello, I decided to upgrade the MSI Center version to version 2.0.19.0 but when updating, this sign hangs Waiting for SDK initialization

I have already tried reinstalling, disabling services, and also tried using the removal tool application

I'm having the same issue on the current version, version 2.0.45.0
I tried the clean reinstall and the IPv6 thing, but nothing worked. Any ideas?

I'm having the same issue on my Katana 15 B13V. I can't change between user scenarios because its stuck on "waiting for sdk initialization."

After reinstallation it works, if I reboot the laptop it opens with a blank window. Or it hangs on SDK initialization.
After 5 minutes an error appears:

System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Toolkit.Uwp.Notifications, Version=7.1.0.0.

I think this is due to the activation of IPv6 on my computer. Although if I disable it, MSI Centre no longer works normally.
