MSI Center 2.0.52.0: Can not change CPU-Frequency any more

Works nice till 2.0.50.0, but now it is no longer possible (-60+ is grey, missing the P+E-Core field, PC restart remains the same). Bug, or my mistake? Thanks vor your help.
