MSI Center 2.0.52.0: Stopping sleep/screensaver

I'm wondering if anyone else is having this. I've seen it's been an issue in other version. Windows 11 will not put the monitor to sleep while MSI Center is running. Since i have an oled monitor, I dont want the screen to stay on anytime I walk away from the computer, which works just fine if MSI Center isn't running.

Sounds like a bad install, I have no issues.

Try this.
1. Uninstall MSI Centre and MSI Centre SDK
2. Restart
3. Delete all MSI Files under C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI\ & %programdata% as well as %appdata%.
4. Run CleanCenterMaster (from here: https://download.msi.com/uti_exe/nb/CleanCenterMaster.zip) - this will restart.
5. Run CMD as Admin => enter sfc /scannow and let this complete.
6. Restart
7. Now install MSI Center via MS Store or MSI Website https://download.msi.com/uti_exe/mb/MSI-Center.zip

Unfortuantely it still does it after doing all this. As soon as I close MSI.CentralServer it will then go to sleep like normal.

MSI Centre will not work very well without an MSI motherboard from what I've observed over the years. What do you use MSI Centre for?

For the GPU, and psu rgb, and I think the psu monitoring is pretty cool.

I was going to say if it was just for the RGB I would suggest an open source argb controller software.

Unfortunately neither are working with openrgb or signal rgb yet
