MSI Center Abnormal

Correct - cleansed, then load 2.0.10.0 - the only problem I have is now when I restarted the PC (instead of sleep) even though I have the do not update turned off - it will update MSI centre so I have to remove and reload it again. MSI have confirmed they know the fault and I am awaiting an update - but they said keep using 2.0.10.0. I have the same frustrations, don't shoot those trying to help you ;)

I'm tired of MSI. I have already made my decision regarding my next build. having said that, I am determined to live with what I have going for myself right now, and biting my tongue ever time my PC reboots itself, and recently it has been daily again... it feels so personal, it's like someone is watching me and they know I am on my PC working or something, and Baam... it hits me, reboot. This morning, I turn on PC and it doesn't even boot up and it is rebooting a second time. Yesterday it rebooted me several times during the course of the day. I have learned to save my work on EVERY KEY STROKE MSI has taught me well. Thank you MSI I appreciate the opportunity to learn from the MASTERS of DISASTER :D (y):dance::beta::smash::wave::worship:

Yeah I tried to reinstall MSI center 2.0.10 last night and it doesn’t work for me either and I’m still stuck in discrete graphic mode I don’t know what to do no fan control.

I noticed that’s there is a MSI firmware update on my win update maybe that’s whats needed I don’t know.

I also noticed that I can’t delete the MSI folder in program files it says can’t delete folder while file is being used by another program,go figure?

do you reboot inbetween?

I would suggest run cleaner \ reboot \ run cleaner \ reboot .... it should clear the folder
also check and clear this registry entry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\MSI

You need to uninstall it via MSI centre, or from program files depending on how you installed it, via MSI centre or MS store.

Hi thanks for replying but I can’t uninstall it using MSI center I can’t even get MSI center reinstalled because of the MSI center abnormal.exe.
