Hello everybody,
The auto update of MSI center launched when my computer started and now it does not launched anymore, it stucks at the first step when we have to choose the scenario usage, after that it just disappear and do nothing, I relaunched it manually multiple of time and in administrator mode but always the same. I am in the last update of windows 11 (22H2).

Motherboards : MPG Z390 GAMING PRO CARBON AC

Thank you in advance.

I have one more question, MSI afterburner is always switch off since the moment i install MSI Center, i have to switch it on manually after MSI Center or after ending a game. So does MSI afterburner and MSI Center has conflict and cannot work together ? And before the installation of MSI center, MSI afterburner restart alone after a crash now, i have to restart it manually, is it normal ?

Anyway you can see the picture of MSI center is running fine on the sharing images.

are you using the latest version of MSI afterburner and GPU driver?
also, are you applying any customized settings on MSI afterburner? and is MSI Center UI alone causing Afterburner crash?

Yes I use the latest version of MSI afterburner v4.6.4.16255 and the Nvidia driver is 517.48. Before the reinstallation of MSI Center I use MSI afterburner one day without crash and it starts that behavior since the new installation of MSI Center. I use the Ventilator curve and it is startup with windows, it crashed when MSI Center start too.

i guess some of the settings in MSI Center and Afterburner are overlapping, which might cause Afterburner shut itself when you apply fan-related settings in MSI Center.

I thought that MSI Center is used for cpu and system fan. I did not change anything in MSI Center I just use the "gaming mode" and "user Scenario" when i launch game and "smart priority" mode when photoshop is launched, i never launch both together. I use MSI Afterburner only for GPU fans.

The only GPU fans utility I found in MSI Center is the on in the picture and I think that it is in off mode, so I do not know. And I did not find where I can edit the curve in this tool, it is only have that switch button.

When I switch the user Scenario to personalise, MSI Afterburner crashed and does not restart, so I put it to extreme performance, but it crashed after when i play Apex Legend for exemple which are a game i put in the "gaming mode", but for "black desert" that are not in the "gaming mode" it does not crash. It is a real mystery i did not edit any curve in MSI center, only in MSI Afterburner. Fortunately I do not overclock, i just use the extreme performance to let Afterburner run a little and cooler my graphical card.

Both Afterburner and MSI Center have abilities to control GPU fans and clocks, so they have a conflict with each other. I think it could be as simple as that.
If you make any changes, the other software will panic and crash, or will keep things overridden in its own way.

Hello Thank you for the response,

Now I have more question, which one do I have to use then for gaming, using photoshop and blender, developping etc... ? And how can I access to graphical card edition in MSI Center ? If they cannot work together how can I get my curve to be apply because it is the only way i find to cooling my graphical card my tower is not enought ventilated. In MSI Center you have a lot of functionnality and I update all of then because I do most of them so does they can work together and how can i find the best way to make them stable ?

I hope that I explain my self very well as i am not fluent in english, thank you in advance for your understanding.
