Hey, noticed I couldn't install any plugins in MSI Center (Version 2.0.32.0).
When looking at the logs, it says it can't launch the MSI.TerminalServer.exe - but if you see below, it's there.

What I tried so far:
- Run as Admin
- Reinstalled (after removing it via windows function, I ran the CleanCenterMaster application)

Anyone got any idea on how to solve this?

completely uninstall. restart, cdrive program data, delete the msi files. Run this https://download.msi.com/uti_exe/nb/CleanCenterMaster.zip Then after the restart open command prompt as admin, type sfc/ scannow then after the list of what type of sfc command you want to run type sfc/ scannow again and it will check windows for any file corruptions, then restart and install MSI center again from microsoft store.

I already did this more or less but will do it step by step again as you describe (didn't do the 2nd restart and sfc scan)

Alright, I did as Keith3_16 suggested:

1. Uninstall MSI Center and MSI Center SDK
2. Restart
3. Delete all MSI Files under C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI\ & %programdata% as well as %appdata%.
4. Run CleanCenterMaster (from here: https://download.msi.com/uti_exe/nb/CleanCenterMaster.zip) - this will restart.
5. Run CMD as Admin => enter sfc /scannnow and let this complete.
6. Restart
7. Now install MSI Center via MS Store

This fixed it for me:

Thanks for the help, hope this sorts it for others with this issue too!

I have the same issue reported in this thread (after install, MSI Center can´t download any of the external components, it just stall waiting). I did try the operations proposed by "RugaCH" but it didn't gave the desired result. It keeps being HWiNFO for me.

Do you have any other monitoring software installed, like iCue for example? Try uninstalling them and see if that helps.

I never used iCue. Had HWiNFO64 installed. Uninstalled it and after deleted what remained of it in Windows(C)->Programs. After that rebooted the computer. Then installed MSI Center from Windows Store, opened it with Administrative Privileges, and the problem was still there: MSI Center stall waiting for download the module "System Diagnosis" or any other module.

Yours is a business desktop so probably won't fully support MSI Centre as it's not really designed to be uses for anything were you'd need MSI Centre tbh.

Got the same problem here. At first, MSI center was working perfectly fine, but in the past few days i tried to change de rgb on the case with Mystic Light but i needed to update all complements. When i clicked on update an error popped up that said "no conection" or something like that. Tried uninstall and install again and apparently it was fixed. But when i tried to install complements, the download bar never moved and the message "Waiting Download" (translation from spanish so it may not be accurate). Did everithing i found here but it was not solved.

Read that the pc specs may cause this but in this case clearly not
R5 5600X
MSI B550 TOMAHAWK
RX 7600XT

As a note, my english is far from perfect so i apologize for any grammar mistake!

Trying to control the rgb from the fans on the case and cooler. As i mentioned, when i first built the pc, i could perfectly use msi center. The fans from the case are Thermaltake and the cooler from cooler master. Both with ARGB and connected to the motherboard. They are currently set to a pinkish color from the firsts days i used msi center.

Did you update the firmware on anything, or update the motherboards BIOS?
