MSI center error

i keep receiving this error on my MSI center since the morning. Ive tried restarting and ive also tried redownloading it again but the error persists. laptop is CYBORG 15 A12V. I mostly need the center just to switch the user scenarios , i think the scenarios are still switching when i press the keybind but i cant tell which scenario i am on.

Please refer to the FAQ ( https://www.msi.com/faq/faq-4147); uninstall using the tool, then perform a clean installation of the latest MSI Center.
