Hello everyone, have a nice day!
My MSI Center is having some issues. It freezes the CPU TEMP while the main app has its window closed, remaining at the tray bar only. Because of it, my CPU Fan curve does not work properly and then I can't run heavy programs or games, to not harm my CPU. I must keep the MSI Center in a opened windows to refresh the CPU TEMP information in real time. I also have MSI cooling system with CPU TEMP on the usb display and it helped me to realize what was going on. It started do happen after last MSI Center Update. Could the dev team, please, take a look and fix it somehow? It super necessary to be fixed for who uses the CPU Fan curve system.

Thank you!

EDIT1: The problem is the Hardware Monitoring. When the system starts, while I have not opened the MSI Center App yet, it runs perfectly with fan curve under correct function and swapping the temp on cooler display. At the MSI Center, it works fine and closing the window, the problem starts (as I said before). To get some result, I must kill the MSI processes, stop the MSI Center Service and MSI_Case_Service and then start MSI Center Service again (It automatically starts the MSI_CASE_Service also). After that the display reset its logo and start to work again, refreshing the TEMP and leading the FAN curve work properly again. So, once opening the MSI Center, the trouble starts. Maybe is missing some failover or watchdog check on the MSI Center services to keep the CPU information alive on the process (I am quite sure it had before some updates), or some permission setup to let MSI Center to keep up with real time information even with its main window closed.

Please provide full system configuration including the mainboard's model name, mainboard's BIOS version, MSI Center version as the post advises: https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?threads/posting-guide.38822/
You could uninstall MSI Center with Clean Center Master then restart the system and install MSI Center to check.
Clean Center Master is available for download from MSI Center download page.

There are other things I realized later: Whenever I plug or unplug any USB device (such as a mouse or flash drive), it seems to trigger a reset in the Cooling Wizard / hardware monitoring module and the temp sensor turn to work properly. I believe the issue is somehow related to USB behavior.

My guess: Somehow, the dispatcher module does not properly resume its background role after closing the application window.

I did everything you suggested. Cleaned the MSI center and the SDK with Clean Center, reinstalled the latest version and the issue still occur.
Despite this, as I said before, I can restart the MSI Center service without opening the app, so my problem is "partially solved".

Have a good night!
