Hi!
This is my first post so apologies if info is missing.
I just installed my MSI mpg coreliquid p13 360 AIO cooler.
1st boot after installation showed the LCD turning on, but now doesnt do anything.

I wanted to check the MSI Center to see if there are updates that need to be performed, but the application is soooo slow.
When I click "open" on the Coreliquid application, it just keeps loading and loading.
Re-opening the application, re-installing the Coreliquid app and restarting my PC doesnt help.

Any help would be appreciated as I have no clue whether the AIO is actually doing something

I was finally able to scan for new updates, but none are found.
My AIO cooler is not listed in the MSI Center while everything is connected properly.
Based on the fact that on the 1st boot the screen lit up and the water started running I presume verything should work right?
Screen even lights up again showig the logo if I turn off my PC, draw all remaining power from it and then restart the PC

Any ideas?

Dont have the aio but yeah thanks for confirming that the AIO would have an issue (was thinking of getting an MSI AIO.

Have the same issue with MSI center, have tried to clean install using the uninstaller / etc - hasn't been working the past 2 versions so reverted to using OpenRGB for mystic light again.

First, uninstall the MSI program.
Then go into the Program Files (x86) folder
on your C: or D: drive
and completely delete the MSI file.
Try reinstalling it.
If it keeps loading,
try updating Windows.

Had done that too, any other thing? There's a few reddit threads on this as well the past few days.

I'm currently on 25h2 - no pending windows updates

I think all in all I've tried 9-10x already haha

Thanks for the suggestion!
I tried all this before tho…

Currently also in contact with MSI support via a webticket as its just my screen on the AIO that does not work.
In Device Manager it says the P13 doesnt have drivers… Maybe this is why the screen wont turn on, but I am overall happy with the cooler as it is working fantastically cooling wise!

I must say, that the Coreliquid P13 360 is amazing at cooling tho!
During a stress test of my Ryzen 7 9700X, it didnt get warmer than 67 degrees Celcius with this AIO.
I dont have the ‘deep’ knowledge with all these values but this looks pretty good to me as with my previous Arctic air cooler I reacher 72-78 degrees.

Have you updated the BIOS firmware?
If you've already updated to the latest version,
download the latest MSI program version
and try again.

Yes, My BIOS is also running the latest firmware.
I did multiple clean uninstalls of all MSI applications with the official clean uninstaller and re-installed multiples times already without result.

MSI support also suggested to unplug en reconnect the USB connector of the AIO for the display to be recognized, but didnt help. I even tried the 2nd usb slot on the motherBoard.

Could you specify the Windows 11 25H1 build? Is it build 26200.6899 or 26200.6584?

Hello!

I just wanted to reply because I’m experiencing exactly the same issue as you with the MSI MPG Coreliquid P13 360.

Here’s everything I’ve tried so far:

  • I found that MSI Center 2.0.55.0 is the only version that works “normally” on my system, but even with that version, the Coreliquid module doesn’t work (it only shows the “Update” page).
  • All newer versions, such as 2.0.60 / 2.0.62 / 2.0.63, get stuck on an infinite loading screen when opening the Coreliquid module or other modules.
  • I opened a support ticket with MSI, and they asked me to follow the same steps as you:
    – update the BIOS,
    – use Clean Center to completely remove MSI Center,
    – reinstall the latest version,
    – unplug the watercooling and try again.
    None of this helped.
  • I also have a yellow warning icon in Device Manager on the USB device linked to the AIO.

The MSI technician told me that if nothing works, I should “return the cooler to my reseller”… but honestly, after installing everything inside the PC, that’s extremely annoying.

So far, no real solution has been found and the LCD screen still doesn’t work, which is very frustrating because it’s one of the main reasons I bought this cooler.

If you find a solution or a workaround, please let me know — I’m dealing with exactly the same issue and it’s driving me crazy.

Hey there!
Well i solved the yellow warning (i had warning code 28: no driver installed) recently, but im not quite sure how I did it…

I was testing a bunch of stuff…
Last things i did was a fresh install of MSI Center (not via Windows store but via MSI website) after a complete uninstall via the official tool (can be found on the P13 360 support page where you can download the MSI Center version).
I also unplugged and reconnected the USB connector of the cooler while my PC was running so I confirmed in Device Manager that it was correctly recognized by Windows.
I looked in the folders of MSI and suddenly found a folder namer “P13 Driver” (was not there ever before!). I attached a screenshot with the full path to this folder so you might find it more easily.
I ran the application “dpinst” and “installDriver” and my LCD turned on afterwards!

The infinite loading is still under investigation but i hope this already helps you with your display! :)
Let me know if it worked out!

Hey, thank you so much for your help and for taking the time to explain everything 👍
I followed your instructions step by step, but unfortunately I still wasn’t able to successfully install the driver for the watercooling on my side.

I wanted to ask you: would it be possible for you, by any chance, to share your “P13 Driver” folder with me? I’d like to try to manually force the driver installation and see if that fixes the issue on my system.

Thanks again for your help, I really appreciate it.
Let me know if that’s possible 🙏
