Just brought two of these for the kids and setting up. After installing MSI Center M 2.0.2511.1101 it just crashes after opening, and the lights on the buttons and joysticks is flashing. Can install 1.0.2412.1201 and it works again but don't have any XBox FSE which is one of the main reasons I brought them.

Everything's up to date, have tried reinstalling using the clean tool, same issue.

Have uploaded the events from event viewer and sys info. Trying a full Windows reset.

@msi, not very good first impressions!

Managed to get MSI Center M running on both by doing a clean install of Windows. What a mission.

Only now though, one of them has Full Screen Experience (FSE), and the other doesn't. See attached of the one where FSE doesn't work, any ideas? Have tried using the clean tool, removing program files, reg etc, no dice. Noticed this on is blue when opening, and the one that works is red

Seems like it is a bug with FSE, users with ROG ally are also reporting this issue.

Try to use the clean install tool, remove and reinstall it from MSI website.
Also make sure you've installed the latest BIOS.
If the problem remains, you should contact the MSI tech support via the web ticket for further assistance.
Yup tried all this. Couldn't log a ticket either, just got an error when submitting it.

404 or 500, cant recall. Tried a few times from different devices. Ill get around to trying sometime soon but already wasted a bunch of time on all this. The dam things should just work, not require vanilla Win builds etc.

Open Event Viewer and check error. Almost occurred from missing .Net. Follow link and download, install.
However, MSI Center M has many bugs and need fixed by MSI dev team.

Thanks mate. Win11 already has .net 4.8 and is backwards compatible to 4.0. Believe I tried reinstalling it and said its already there. Anyway, starting with a clean Win build fixed this issue.
