Hi. The problem is described in the title. Everytime my PC starts I have 100% CPU load and a light indication of CPU temperatures rising (I set this up in the MSI Center Mystic Light). I have NO viruses or any software that can load my Core-i7 13700 like that especially on load. So I started digging and found a temporary solution - resetting the power plan. As soon as I reset the current powerplan tha CPU usage magically lowers to 2-5% total. As soon as I reboot the 100% CPU load returns. So I started switching off programs one by one from the StartUP menu and guess what - as soon as I removed MSI Center from there the CPU 100% load disappeared even after rebooting. So I started digging further and discovered that MSI Center User Scenarios are to hold answer, because as soon as I start this module it messes somehow with the Win10 power plan and make the OS think the PC need higher power and thus makes the whole PC work at higher voltages and fans rotations. The Balanced scenario gives a 100% CPU load, the Silent one - a 90% CPU load (and these numbers do not change!!!) Can anyone from MSI elaborate on this? Is there a better fix than uninstalling the MSI Center?
