MSI Center making my cursor blink blue circle

I figured out that "MSI CenterServer (32 bit)" is responsible for my blue circle blinking cursor. But Msi Center does not open without "MSI CenterServer (32 bit)" running on the background. I am currently using Vector GP68 Hx, if you are having the same issue you can End Task "MSI CenterServer (32 bit)" in the task manager.
