Hey all,
Yesterday I opened MSI Center to update my drivers as I usually do, and this error message pops up:

I followed instructions posted on other threads, such as uninstalling MSI Center & MSI Center SDK, and using the CleanCenterMaster uninstall tool, but that did not work. My system is up-to-date with the latest Windows System installed. Also my Adrenalin software is up-to-date as well as my bios and my chipset drivers.
My specs are:
MSI MAG x870 Tomahawk wifi
9800X3D
ASUS TUF 9070XT
32GB Ram

Any help is greatly appreciated,
Thanks.

Update: I was able to get the app to work but now the app is so laggy and unresponsive, and every time i download a feature (for example Mystic Light), the app gets stuck on a never-ending loop and then the app crashes.

You are not alone. App is currently useless for me. Even after using the clean utility and reinstalling. App takes forever to load, can't open mystic light or it spins into eternity never loading. Try clicking the support icon at the top to run live update and it crashes. Absolute garbage. All I was originally trying to do was turn my RGB lights off while watching a movie.

I have the exact same problems on a brand new AMD Ryzen 7 9850X3D PC with the MSI PRO B850-P WIFI motherboard . I need to change or kill the lights an must be able to stop the the case fanz from running at full speed. It is totally impossible To get the MSI Center To function at all I delete it and reinstall it at least 10 times., also Uninstalled SDK And we moved all MSI remnants from the register......Program data and Program files. The best I can get is install the software., Choose some of the applications, But that is as far as I can get.. From there on, whenever I choose an application,...It spins eternally while trying to open it......Until I Stop it via Task Manager. This is very frustrating because... Because I need to address the light and fans issues, But have no clue where to go from here. .....................

Update for my situation. I ended up having to reformat to resolve. I had to change my motherboard and CPU due to not being able to boot(CPU or MOBO fried). I never reinstalled windows when I did the hardware upgrade and everything worked fine for a while. Flashback to my original post, I tried to reinstall AMD chipset drivers and was getting errors. Tried some windows repair stuff, safe mode installs, and other misc stuff to no avail. That left me having to reinstall windows. On clean install I was able to get MSI center working properly.

TLDR....could have been a me problem because i changed MOBO and CPU and the app worked for a while until it didn't. Then i had to reinstall windows to fix.

Update: I got it to work again by uninstalling my GPU drivers using DDU in safe mode. After reinstalling the adrenalin software, msi center would download and open properly. I dont know if this would help you guys but that worked for me.
