MSI Center - Mystic Light 'Hey Lucky' not working

I had bought the laptop just 2 hours back and tried to change colors using voice command 'Hey Mystic' but nothing happens. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling MSI Center but the issue is not resolved.

Laptop Model - MSI Pulse GL66 - 3070 GPU

Did you enable voice command option?
For my opinion, I would like to use manual settings or hotkeys instead of voice commands.

I have the same issue with my gl66 as well. Did you somehow manage to fix it?

Nope. No solution is provided yet and the MSI isn't responding on the same. I fear it might be hardware issue.

Which model of laptop do you have?
Did you try to perform a clean installation?
