Hi guys,

I just bought this motherboard(B650I Edge WiFi) and I'm trying to change the color for the RGB fans using MSI Center Mystic Light. It wouldn't apply any changes when clicked apply.
Below are the steps and results.
In MSI Center using Mystic Light, click on the "Steady" effect and change the color to R:249, G:206, B:243, and clicked apply. The RGB fan did not change color, it stays in RED. Click on another Profile(example Profile 2), and the value in RGB from the previous profile(Profile 1) has been changed back to R:255, G:0, and B:0 (Red). Clicked on any other effect also cannot apply changes.

Any idea how to solve this issue? I have updated my BIOS and MSI Center. Also, I re-installed MSI Center, and still cannot work.

how are the fans connected to motherboard header for rgb what fans are they ? and is that addressable header selected in mystic light when setting rgb ?

The fans are Cooler Master Sickleflow 120 ARGB fans, they connected via 3 pin head at the motherboard. There is a label stated "JARGB_V2_1" LED

on mystic light , on the motherboard picture section have you selected the rgb header the fans are connected too and change rgb lighting settings ? attached picture where to find selection for rgb header

Yes, I only have one selection and is default selected. I can change to other effect, but the effect only shows RED color

Have you tried the Select all option?

And RGB sucks all I want is one colour but no I can not have that set all to the same colour code and I have four different shades of Blue:what?::what?::what?::what?:

Sadly I only have one option from the drop-down, which is the one I have screenshot. And the colour I’m getting is Red only if I apply any colour. It will just revert back to Red when I apply it to other colours.

Yep, not sure this is my entire knowledge of RGB software.
I would suggest trying Signal RGB but it is not supported on any MSI Intel or AMD 600 Chipset Motherboard or higher

Have you run Live update in MSI center Advanced scan to see if Mothebord or RGB Firmware update is available

May I ask, how to use Signal RGB when the board is not supported? Yes, I have checked and updated the software already.

As I said I would have suggested it but it is not supported the same as OpenRGB not sure what your choices are. on the New 600 chipset Motherboards.

Can you screen shot this page in MSI centre and post it you may have to click on scan for info to load
