Previously my MSI center showed all my hardware monitoring. CPU fans CPU temp GPU temp etc. there were a bunch . It used to look like the attached photo. But now all the screen shows is that my resizable bar is enabled … I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled already.. any ideas?

I have the same issue after the 2.0.10.0 update, except its my display settings option missing instead. No fixes found as of yet.

Pleas provide as much detail as possible
Use Snip for Screens shot and save as Jpg and place in Post
This seems to be cropping up more and more

can you please upload the log and screenshot to a cloud drive and share the link with us?

do you mean the tab "hardware monitoring" is not showing, or just a few readings are missing?

Now below - only shows that my resizable bar is enabled and my frozr AI cooling pulls up a blank screen

all the indicators have also disappeared, what should I do?
and I can't adjust the fans now

Have you done a BIOS update? This happened to be after a BIOS update, a couple of reboots and it "fixed" itself.
BIOS did not update. MSI does not recommend updating.
applications are downloaded but do not work

не могли бы вы предоставить журнал, созданный этим инструментом?

Пожалуйста, поделитесь всем заархивированным файлом, не стесняйтесь загружать его на облачный диск, если он слишком большой для размещения здесь.

could you get the Fan RPM and other voltage readings in 3rd party monitoring software, like hardware monitor or hwinfo?

Hi all. I'm not sure if what I did was an actual solution, or just pure luck. I've got an MSI MPG Z690 EDGE Wifi motherboard and have been using MSI Center since I had it. For some reason, Hardware Monitor has disappeared, and I searched forums and found this post, as well as others. I've tried resetting, manually deleting MSI Center settings, running CleanCenterMaster.exe and then reinstalling and nothing helped. I then found a youtube video about reinstalling Dragon Center when modules went missing, so i thought I would try it. It worked :-) (so far). As I said I don;t know if I got lucky, but if you haven't tried this method yet then maybe it will work for you too.

1 - Download the Installer for MSI Center from MSI website (do not click the link that uses Microsoft Store)
2 - Uninstall MSI Center and MSI SDK using Add / Remove Programs
3 - Run CleanCenterMaster, and it will reboot
4 - Disconnect your computer from network / wifi (VERY IMPORTANT you have no internet connection)
5 - Using the installer you downloaded earlier. Install MSI Center. When it finishes, it should say "MSI Center installed", but NOT open MSI Center. Close the installer.
6 - Find shortcut for MSI Center and run it as Administrator (VERY IMPORTANT)
7 - Follow prompts to install. At times it will look like it's doing nothing, but just wait.
8 - MSI Center should eventually load and hopefully Hardware Monitoring tab is available again. MSI Center will say no internet, so now you can reconnect to LAN / Wifi. Then click Settings icon in MSI Center and click Features icon in MSI Center and you should be able to choose what features you want to install

- EDIT -

Scrap that. As soon as I rebooted, hardware monitoring was missing again :angryfire::mad::angryfire::mad::angryfire:

- ANOTHER EDIT -

Repeated the process, but left computer disconnected from internet and rebooted. Hardware monitor was still in MSI Center. I connected to internet, added features and clicked Hardware Monitor, and MSI Center crashed. When I launched it again, Hardware monitoring was gone again. I rebooted and loaded MSI Center and Hardware Monitoring is back again. LOL

Just did this to get MSI Centre 2.0.31.0 working on my system. I had the same problem of Hardware monitor not showing up in 31, so my AOI CPU temp was reading as 0c. followed your steps and it seems to work. though I've not done another reboot yet lol.

any update to this issue? I've even downloaded and updated to latest version of MSI Center (2.0.32 with my MSI X670E Carbon. I still don't have any board info showing. Nothing but useless Feature add-ons.
I don't even get the option to install HWM as one of the Features.

EDIT:
I'm using Windows 11.
I followed the example of "uberNoobZA" above. Uninstalled MSI Center. Ran cleaner. Computer rebooted on its own.
Then I disabled Network.
Installed MSI.
Then launched shortcut\app from start menu with "Run as Admin" and then let it install what it needed to.
After it was up and running and confirm Hardware Monitoring tab was there, I opened Windows Firewall.
I then added the MSICenter.exe and DCV2.exe to the windows firewall and blocked it from internet access.
I then enabled my Network (ethernet) adapter.
I then rebooted my machine and confirmed that opening MSI Center with admin, still has Hardware Monitoring there.
I'm too afraid to allow it internet access now to see if it will change.
