MSI Center On Windows 11 Fails To Load

I recently purchased an MSI Suprim X 3090 Ti and every time I have tried to get MSI Center to launch I just end up getting a loading error. This just repeats over and over again every time I have uninstalled the App and SDK and reinstalled MSI Center. Searching Google and Reddit, it seems that this is a widespread issue on Windows 11. Is MSI aware of this issue and is there anything being done to fix it? Without MSI Center I am unable to customize the RGB or use any other of its features. Windows 11 has been out for a while now and the fact that it will not even load properly is unacceptable.

What do I do with the error log output once I run it? Is it something I can read or do I send it to MSI support?

I get an error stating the .zip file is too large for some reason for the server to process and it is only 2 MB in size. I can upload this screenshot showing the error I get on screen when trying to launch MSI Center. I have uninstalled the app and sdk and restarted several times and I always end up with this error message on launch.

I will be receiving my replacement Suprim X 3090 Ti today. Is there a way to have Windows 11 not download the Windows App store UWP version of MSI Center so I can use the current version downloaded from MSI?

Edit:
I just ran the MSI Collect Log app again after installing my new 3090 Ti Suprim X. Maybe it has to do with me running Windows 11 Pro on my PC as I still get an output file size of 2.11 MB. This is just from right-clicking the output file that is saved directly to my Desktop and selecting Properties to show the file size. I have not extracted anything from the output Log file. Any ideas what to do next?

I have had ASUS Armoury Crate installed the entire time as I have a ROG STRIX X-570 motherboard and had a ROG STRIX 3070 GPU before this new MSI one. The only hardware that shows in AC is my motherboard, RAM (G.SKILL) and my LED light bar.

Edit:

I finally got MSI Center and then Mystic Light to install after temporarily disabling Windows Security Real-Time Protection. Did a reboot and now my custom lighting is working!
