MSI Center only showing GPU in Hardware Monitoring

Would anyone happen to know why MSI Center is only showing me my gpu temps and specs in Hardware monitoring? I recently upgraded to a new gpu, made sure all drivers were up to date and such and when i first opened MSI center to fiddle with the lighting on the gpu I noticed I was only getting GPU specs in Hardware monitoring.

Previously it was only showing me CPU but not GPU, now it's reversed essentially. I had a friend suggest using Openhardware monitor to check things, but I'd like to know if I can get MSI Center tracking both cpu and gpu

MSI RTX 4070Ti Gaming X Trio 12gb

First off it might be a hardware conflict, so I'd check for BIOS updates, but first I would recommend uninstalling MSI Centre, and the MSI SDK, reboot, and reinstall. to see if it's just a bug in that first before doing anything with the BIOS.
