It was working fine last night, but now whenever MSI Center tries to launch I get a window for a privacy policy that won't scroll, or it will scroll a little then crash the whole program.

I didn't change anything on my end so this must have been caused by an update of some sort.

Hi All,

I have the same symptoms. I made multiple attempts to remove/reinstall MSI Center without success, so I have instead installed Dragon Center until the issue is resolved. At least Dragon Center still works.

I'm using a B660 Tomahawk MB

I realised that I had this when I first built my computer and I got past it by scrolling through the privacy policy the second it came on screen.
I tried that again this time and it worked but since the last update the whole app does the same thing. Slows to a crawl within a few seconds then freezes. After a while it will complete the input I made then crash.

I have attached my log for it.

PS I tried reinstalling and it had no effect
