MSI Center PRO can't be opened

my laptop is modern 14 b5m ryzen 5500U, when i opening the software nothing happened, it's been reinstalled but it still can't be opened. Any suggestions or solutions for me?

Did you try to use Clean Center Master tool to clean install it?
If the problem can not be resolved after a clean installation, it is suggested to post MSI's web ticket.

I have same problem with u, im using Modern 14 C5M ryzen 5, my msi center pro didnt work after update 05/06/2023.

I'm having the same issue. I think it happened because i updated MSI Center Pro to version 2.1.28.0 (released: June 5, 2023) which has a bug.

For information, there are several MSI Modern 14 B5M users who experience the same problem, MSI Center Pro cannot be opened in version 2.1.28.0.

My problem is resolved after reinstalling MSI Center pro(2.1.29.0) released on 2023/6/14.
