Hi everyone.
I'm experiencing a strange issue with MSI Center and would like to know if anyone else has encountered the same behavior.
System
— Windows 11 Pro 25H2
— MSI STRIKE PRO WIRELESS keyboard
— MSI Center 2.0.71.0
— MSI Center 2.0.72.0
Both MSI Center versions behave exactly the same.
Problem
Sometimes MSI Center starts, but it never loads the installed modules.
The main window opens, but the Feature Sets page remains empty and modules such as Mystic Light never appear. The application then becomes almost completely unresponsive.
At the same time:
— the keyboard continues to work normally;
— RGB lighting works correctly;
— Fn functions work correctly;
— Windows reports no errors.
So the problem appears to be with MSI Center itself rather than the hardware.
What I've already tried
The following troubleshooting steps have already been performed.
— Completely removed MSI Center using CleanCenterMaster.
— Reinstalled MSI Center from scratch.
— Tested both 2.0.71.0 and 2.0.72.0.
Both versions behave exactly the same and intermittently exhibit the same issue.
Unfortunately, using CleanCenterMaster followed by a clean installation does not permanently resolve the problem.
Temporary workaround
The only workaround I found is:
Windows Settings → Apps → Installed Apps → MSI Center → Advanced Options → Reset → Reset
After resetting the application, MSI Center starts working normally again, all installed modules appear, and Mystic Light functions correctly.
However, after some time the issue may return.
Questions
Has anyone experienced the same issue?
— Have you found a permanent fix?
— Does it also happen on Windows 11 Pro 25H2?
— Could it be related to recent MSI Center versions?
