Cant get past this message when installing, tried changing user account control settings and running as administrator, The UAC dialog is popping up when I run but I always get this option. MSI Center has worked before but after an update I cant access it at all. My Mobo is an MSI Z390 A PRO if thats any help

Had no luck, tried removing every msi file from my pc and still the same problem. Maybe someday msi can make decent software that works with their own products

I have the same problem. So has this issue not been fixed yet for four months already? I tried to raise a ticket but that didn't work (when I clicked on submit, it just redisplayed the page to create a new ticket). I also tried to contact the chat help line but it kept sending me back to either a login page or a page requesting an RMA number (which I don't have).

How can I forward this forum post to tech support to get them to resolve the issue?

Use the Program cleaner found here

from the internet. IT WORKS. This is the problem solution.
Here. Below.

If you are stuck on waiting for the MSI SDK initialization, you can check if the related service is configured properly. Follow the steps below to check the MSI Central service.

Step 1. Open the Run box by pressing Win + R keys, and then type services.msc and press Enter.

Step 2. In the Services window, scroll down the list of services to find MSI Central Service, and then right-click it and select Properties.

Step 3. Make user this service is running. If not, click on Start. Then change the Startup type to Automatic.

Step 4. Click on Apply and OK to save the change.

THIS WORKED PERFECTLY! Thank you for ending a week of frustration.

Now here it is YEARS after this was first reported, and I am stuck on the install screen. I cannot set MSI Center Service because it is not in the list of services, nothing MSI related is. Now what?? This is some of the worst software I have ever seen IN MY LIFE and I am old!!

I am having the same issue. The program was running fine until I did a windows update. Now I get a similar message to what was originally posted every time I try to run the program. A little help here MSI?!?!
