MSI Center - User Scenario (Extreme Mode) problem with Cooler Boost

It seems that the MSI Center software is having problems. Microsoft Store only allows to install version 2.0.10.0 while I found the link of version 2.0.12.0 from MSI website. When I install version 2.0.10.0, the software does not allow me to install additional features of the software such as Mystic Light, it says "Install failed". Forced me to install version 2.0.12.0 and both versions are having problems when I run an app or game that is pre-set for Gaming Mode and I notice that the software has automatically switched from Silent Mode to Extreme Performance mode as usual, but Cooler Boost doesn't automatically run as usual. Forced me to click on Extreme Performance mode and then Cooler Boost would run. I currently don't know how to solve that problem. Any one have same problem?

Last update seems like a trash :/ After last update to 2.0.10.0 is my CPU Socket on fire!
And I cant control my case fans with FROZR.
Is there any way to downgrade?

Yes, in my case User Scenario doesn't work correctly. When i choose any mode - coolers begin to run fast.

Frozr AI - don't react on switching modes.

MSI they have to update the additional features in "Feature Sets", because they update those, the User Scenario has problems working.

My laptop (GE76 11UH) has lost the ability to automate Cooler Boost. MSI Center is great, they only update compatible with new devices and they have abandoned older generations.
