This is what had happened ever since the Cooling wizard and its previous version (forgot the name) was introduced, but at times the issue went away and come back. Now for the last year the issue has been present in every version of MSI Center an Cooling wizard.
The issue: when you start your PC your custom adjusted fan curves won't work until you open MSI Center (which is actually auto-launched with Windows), go to Cooling wizard and load it. This is how it looks (I bumped up the volume to make it clearer):
This happens every single time. With every version of MSI center and Cooling wizard (which are both auto updated). Until you manually go into the Cooling Wizard to just launch it, the fan curves work at their BIOS default.

Please provide full system configuration including the mainboard's model name, mainboard's BIOS version, MSI Center's utility version as the post advises: https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?threads/posting-guide.38822/

RAM is ran at its XMP (5600),
PSU: ZALMAN ZM1200-TMX [ZM1200-TMX]
COOLER: AIO Deepcool LS720
Mouse: QCyber Hype QS 02
Keyboard: Razer Synosa 2
OC: none, but the LLC is set to Mode 9 and PL1-2 to 220 Wt
Display: ASUS ProArt PA278CGV (DP connected)
No raiser, no RAID, no soundcard, nothing additional in the PCI slots

Has MSI Center updated to the latest version 2.0.69.0 to check? Is the symptom persists, could you provide screenshot showing the fan speed setting in MSI Center Cooling Wizard?

Hi, zerijelly Sor fome days in a row I haven't noticed my fans roraing, so I guess it's been fixed. But this issue tends to come back from version to version, so I'll post if (when) it snaps again. Thank you
