MSI Center won't open usage scenarios

I've recently switched from Dragon Center to MSI Center and now I am unable to load usage scenarios. Every time I click on "Usage Scenarios" I start an infinite loading loop. I've tried terminating the app, repairing it and I even did a reset but to no avail. What can I do to be able to use the app as intended?

Here is my System info.
For the other part, I do not seem to have that option available. I've linked a screenshot of the support tab in the app.

I also am having this problem. . I don't want/need anything else that I'm being asked/forced to install. I've tried installing Dragon Center, but couldn't get it to work at all. Thought maybe it was a Windows 11 thing, so I tried with MSI center, but cannot get the "mystic lights" I just want to get the RGB lights working on my cooler
