msi centrals not accepting to replace broken replacement keyboard

Hello I am from Greece
I have purchased a replacement keyboard for my MSI a month ago from the official representatives of MSI in Athens and it was sent via courier to my town Serres(near Thessaloniki) but I did not open the package because the technicians who would install it here in Serres were only available from yesterday.
so I gave them the package today and it is beaten at one corner-damaged it couldnt be replaced anyway
I have paid a lot of money for this and it is certainly not my fault that the keyboard is flawed. the MSI replied that its not their fault and blah blah and now I seriously am mad becavse I honestly did not open the package until today kept it in a safe place and could not have known about the damage.
What should I do???? it was propably beaten during transport

Did you ask the local service center?
Maybe you can try to raise a ticket to MSI service team for this faulty part.

You mean a web ticket? I already did . waiting for them to answer..i am trying to find a way with the local services but not much luck..
