Hello,
I just made a fresh install of my PC and reinstalled MSI Center (1.0.55.0)
I can't run it because of the following error : "MSI.CentralServer.exe is abnormal"

Of course, i tried to run it in administrator mode, to uninstall and reinstall, etc, etc... nothing works.

Can someone help ?

Also is you RGB Firmware up to date
I know you need MSI Center installed to check so can you D-L a older version and run the Advanced scan to check if there is a Firmware update.
Or at least the firmware version.
If you want to try on the off chance it may work DL this version and run the Advanced Scans to check for Firmware Updates

Alan,
First thank you for your attention as tech support has pretty much closed my ticket.

Installed MSI Center 10.0.41.1. After installation I got the following message... "Please remove the network monitoring program. And reopen MSI Center" (see attached). I just rebooted and upon launching MSC Center it opened just fine. :-)

I proceed to follow your instruction, scanned and updated a few drivers that need updates (see before and after screenshots).

Observations:
1 - the LED FW Update (7D54) driver is not present in System Information
2 - Intel SVGA Drivers 30.0.101.1404 is not in the System Information (from MB support page) and MSI Center did not flag it to be install or updated.
3 - Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver 19.2.0.1003 is not in the System Information and MSI Center did not flag it to be install or updated.
4- When I clicked on Advance it says "No Updates Can not find update in server."
Link to MB drivers page:
Other Observations:
1- After click around in MSI Center 10.0.41.1 it shutdown (closed by its self). I restarted and it seems fine. If recollection services me, I believe that happened with the new version. It only happened once in the past hour or so.
2- Hardware Monitoring has no read out for temperatures (see attached)

What next?

After loading and installing version 1.0.59 MSI Center, it began to load. But the components of the center are not loaded.
Support answer MSI:
"Please just uninstall the SDK/UI by the tool below. Then clear the CMOS referring to the MB manual. After that, reinstall the MSI center 1.0.59.0 software manually to try. Thanks!
https://download.msi.com/uti_exe/mb/MSI_Center_1.0.59.0.zip ...".
After completing the instructions, everything remained unchanged. In safe mode, MSI Center does not start. There are no errors related to this program in the journal of events.

It's working

letozero02,
I just checked the support page for my MB and that release is for Win10. When will it be released for Win11?

Ngtanhung41, what are the specs of your system? I checked your about and it's not listed.

Yep looks like it won't Auto Update as Window Store still not got version 1.0.55.0 released yet for a update

Hi all!
It was possible to install and achieve normal operation (so far?) MSI Center 1.0.59.0. To do this, I had to turn off the Store through Policy and prohibit any of its network activity in the firewall. After installation, it became possible to install programs from Feature Sets. After rebooting, the MSI Center functions normally. The Store is allowed in Policy, prohibitions in fаirewall are deleted.

1.0.59.0 -> first start after install works.

Closing MSI Center and reopening it leads to crash after "Wait for UI Elements initialization":

I was really hoping to report that this latest version (1.0.59.0) worked. Well the good news is that it installs and I no longer get the the message "MSI.CentralServer.exe is abnormal" .

The bad news is this version is buggy as hell.
1- Shuts down by itself
2- Hardware Monitoring option disappeared from the options at the top. Shutdown before I could take a screenshot.
3- Live Update scan can't find the update server
