MSI.CentralServer.exe is abnormal

Hello,
I just made a fresh install of my PC and reinstalled MSI Center (1.0.55.0)
I can't run it because of the following error : "MSI.CentralServer.exe is abnormal"

Of course, i tried to run it in administrator mode, to uninstall and reinstall, etc, etc... nothing works.

Can someone help ?

Maybe you are right. The message says "can not find the server". It doesn't say there are no updates to be applied or all drivers are up to date.

I'll check my drivers and confirm if there are any to update and report back.

can you share the log generated by the tool please? do not remove anything from the folder, please upload the whole zipped file.

The tool is for collecting MSI Center/Dragon Center/Creator Center log file for troubleshoot.

GUYS!! I FOUND IT I DID IT!!! just close your internet connection and install program and then start and open internet connection (I think MSI is under attack by hackers) and If you do it successfully, you will send a thank you to my steam account xxxxx

My fix.

1. Go to task manager. End msi central service, msi center service and msi center processes.
2. Open services and search for MSI Center service and right click to start service.
3. Open MSI center app and see if it’s working.

I am also getting the "MSI.CentralServer.exe is abnormal. please restart your computer to launch MSI Center." error since very recently. Restarting doesn't help. My system is an MS-1543 (laptop) running Windows 11 Pro 22H2.

Any help would be appreciated.

I also ran into this problem and for a long time could not figure out how to solve this problem without reinstalling Windows
I manually deleted the root folder of MCI Center, and also deleted the MSI Center SDK through the settings, and then I installed it from a bootable USB flash drive that came with the motherboard. After that, the program started working and there were no further failures.
