MSI Centre not installing/loading

I feel like the millionth person to ask about this. Once upon a time (3 months ago) MSI did work on my recently installed Windows. It worked for a while as I played around with the fan speeds. But for the last few months it will not open. When I run the app (even on admin) it shows asks if I want to allow it to make changes to the pc, obviously yes, then it shows the loading screen, says its installing, then disappears, then nothing.

I've tried uninstalling it several times with MSI clean centre removal, used revo uninstaller to remove all files, reinstalling the latest version including installing the previous version that worked on one of the occassions. I've tried updating windows. I tried going into services and making sure MSI services were running, but the MSI centre one seems to stop running as soon as I press start??

Some fixes seem to work for other people but mine is doing the same thing. I'm short of doing a fresh Windows install, for the life of me I do not want to do that. Unless there is a way to keep everything as is (because of mods n stuff)???

I have windows 11 ver 25H2.
I7-10700KF
NVIDIA GeForce 3060 Ti
16GB RAM
I don't remember what other details are needed. Or how to check motherboard type. Let me know what other info you need.

I appreciate any help. Thanks.

provide the log file and perhaps it tells something about the problem.
make sure your account have admin privilege, and what MSI product you use?

upload the whole file, from the tool log, it only shows everything is installed properly and you have the correct admin privilege :bonk:
and I'd suggest to do cleancentermaster to completely remove MSI Center first, reinstall it, and if you see the problem, generate log file.
So the log file doesn't include log from both good and bad result.

... You will have to explain how to get the log file to me like i'm 5 because there were so many documents and none of them looked like the right one.
Also I did try to clean center master on a few occasions and that still did not work.
