msi claw 7 graphics problem

problem with graphics, windows are automatically large, after win R, installing programs, etc., without minimizing and maximizing, everything only works when connecting the TV via HDMI in safe mode and when I turn off the graphics in the device manager, I'm desperate and don't know what to do with it..... I did a factory reset and that didn't help either, I have all the drivers up to date PLEASE HELP

Try to log in to another Windows account, clean install the Intel graphics driver via DDU, and check if the problem remains.
Open registry editor - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\PriorityControl, and check the value of "ConvertibleSlateMode"

Unfortunately, despite all efforts, the service technician found a defect - a defective arc chip, so I'll see what the service can do about the complaint. :/ but I don't understand a glitch without a cause
