Msi claw 8 ex wont shut down

Had to open a ticket with msi for my new msi claw 8 ex. My new msi claw 8 ex still having the issue where it wont shut down properly, when I try to shut it down the screen goes black and but the rgb lights and fans are still on. Had to turn the fast start off to fix the issue but after posting in various forums I've seen other people complain about the same issue. If anyone has any advice on how to properly fix this!
I was thinking maybe a factory reset but seeing other people complain about the same issue I dont think it will properly solve the issue

Maybe try to do EC reset first?
Shutdown the device, unplug the AC, long press the power button for over 25sec, re-plug in the AC and power it on

Try exporting the System Info via MSI Center M and providing it to MSI Support—it should help them troubleshoot the issue you mentioned.

I did, it didn’t solve the issue. Like OP said, when you power down the device, whether it’s through MSi center or Windows, the screen powers down but the rgb lights stay on. The power indicator also stays on. The device then no longer powers up either and you need to long press the power button to disconnect the battery for it to shut off completely.
To make matters even more complex, even the long press isn’t a guarantee now because I’ve had the power led turn orange on me after the long press power down while the charger wasn’t even connected. Something weird is going on. I hope MSI / Intel are aware of the issue and are working on a fix.
