Got my new claw A8, after I install all update on apps and windows os the MSI M Centre quick setting got bugged and won't function. Already reset the app, reset the Xbox game bar, done an EC reset, uninstall MSI Centre M with the cleaner app and install it again via website . Nothing worked!

your not going mad. This has been a problem on and off since release with my A8. However, since the recent driver updates (I think it was 2 in about a week) earlier this month its become awful! I have tried everything you have and nothing works. Its bugged. If mine opens it looks just like yours or just says I need administrative account to access any setting whatsoever. It is plain annoying, but give it a few days, msi usually sort this pretty quickly - THATS A NUDGE NUDGE MSI!
Whilst your at it MSi I have found that at the same time as this bug appeared my battery saver (I think thats what its called) had also decided to cease operation. When plugged in and using the device it no longer stops charging at 80%. Linked to this, the battery usage has gone through the roof! I can sit at the desktop with nothing open and watch the battery percentage drop and then when it hits 30% the device shuts down. Never did this before the latest updates.

I would recommend reporting the issue directly to MSI Technical Support rather than simply waiting for MSI to discover and resolve it through forum discussions.

Same issue here.
I tried everything, couldn't get it works properly again... I'm thinking of reseting my console. Seriously MSI, that's a shame such a big company like you having such problems with Drivers, softwares and optimisations. I had years ago an Ayaneo and their support and drivers were way better than yours...

As Edric mentioned above, that should be the solution for this issue. Have you tried it yet?

Many thanks it works! 🙏

Just wondering how many Claw A8 owners have the same problem without knowing this forum...

Yeah, same issue here. Been waiting for a fix, but seems like an unusually slow process. I guess they're all on holiday or something? Probably will try that rollback next.
