Is connected and can be used but not in any game in any app and tried also another Xbox controller same issue kindly specify or give insight on any app or settings that make game can be played through external controller

If it is not working only in specific games, try to check the settings in those games.
Set the controller to the external Xbox controller.

Make sure you exit Steam completely before trying to use a controller in the Xbox app.

Yeah on Steam, Epic, and even my emulators, my Xbox controller works fine. On Xbox Game Pass, none of the games utilize the XBox controller. It only recognizes my keyboard/mouse and the controller on the actual Claw.

My Claw is the Ultra 7 A1M.
