I'm using MSI center. the sync mode on my mouse doesn't work at all (it just glows cyan instead of the color&mode i picked), some normal features don't work (when i choose to put the mouse in "steady" mode and choose pink, it glow yellow instead, when i choose white it glows green). I tried restarting the mouse (holding lmb+rmb+scroll wheel + plugging in after) several times, it restarted but didn't fix the problem, checked for the updates, tried to switch to dragon center, it's unsupported. Doesn't work.

have you tried connecting to a different USB port or a different system?
