I've been having problems with my mouse; at first, everything was okay, but at some point I could not control the mouse rgb with MSI Center. The sync mode (I own a msi laptop and a mouse) would work, but trying to only control the mouse wouldn't work and just have the lighting as the sync mode. Today, the problem became the opposite of that; I tried to turn on music mode, but the mouse would just flashing cyan and yellow all the time (the music mode is set) to red, but trying to control the mouse on its own works just fine. Everything temporarily started working while the "gaming gear" module was updating, but it's broken again.

could you go into gaming gear\GM11 to reset the mouse? is it just the logo, or ring at the bottom is also not lighting the right color?
are you on the latest MSI Center or Dragon center?

i tried resetting the mouse through gaming gear, did not solve the issue. it's just the ring at the bottom that's the incorrect color (cyan); the logo instead glows with the color that's associated with the current dpi level. MSI center is up to date (tried using dragon center as well, it shows that the device is unsupported)
