Hello, I just bought the same GM 41 wireless mouse and I can't update the firmware with the latest version of MSI Center and Dragon Center.
As soon as the update is done it tells me that I have to do it again (loop)!
How can I solve the problem?
Firewall and antivirus have been disabled!

That can be done in MSI Center/Gaming gear/Mouse/Buttons, select the button/macro, then record the key you'd like to bind
