MSI clutch GM70 wireless not working

good day all,

Maybe someone can help me.
Today I receive the MSI clutch GM70.

for most part it is working fine.
But the wireless part is not working.

If i put the dongle in to my PC it is being recognized. But the mouse is not responding to it.
When i turn the mouse off en on the mouse is blinking green.
I already reset the gaming center and the mouse but still no response.

I hope you guys have some idea`s.

Hi,

Did you turn on the switch for the wireless dongle and press the pairing button on the mouse bottom? 
Also, please make sure the mouse is fully charged.
